Tim’s published profile describes 40 years’ experience in printing and labelling. PharmacyLabels.Direct also describes his experience being responsible for the supply of hundreds of millions of pharmacy dispensing labels.

Do you charge for plates?
No. The current personalised-label service states that plate charges are not applied, including when a design is changed between orders.
Can I design my own label?
Yes. The online design portal lets you create the label, add pharmacy details and upload a suitable logo before ordering.
What plain labels do you supply?
Current listed products include 72 × 36 mm Zebra-format rolls and 70 × 36 mm Citizen / OKI-format rolls, plus other specialist solutions. Contact us if you are unsure.
Can you help with automated bagging?
Yes. Tell us your system and current consumable. We can discuss Auto Bag Small, Auto Bag Large and large-format plain labels, including the specifications published for FLOWRx consumables.
Do you offer free delivery?
The personalised-label service states free delivery to mainland UK. Delivery terms can vary by product, so please check the individual product or ask us.
What if I don't know the specification?
That's exactly what the specialist service is for. Send us your printer, PMR or automation system and, if possible, a photo of the current label or bag.
